All orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday will be shipped for delivery on the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via the Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, DPD. This is all dependent on weight and size and deliveries can be tracked.

We hope you love what you buy from How-to-repair and you have no problems with your purchase. However, sometimes things do go wrong or if you do change your mind then this is our returns policy. You have 14 days to return something.

If the item was not as described, doesn’t work or damaged we will take returns but contact us first so we can give you correct postage infomation.
