Delonghi fan oven ESF461ST The element replacement

Hello, I hope someone can help me!I am trying to fit a new element to a delonghi fan oven model ESF461 ST.The element is held in place by one screw on the left and 2 pins in the plate so I can’t see a way it can be removed from the front so I think this has to be done from the back.I have removed the door, the back plate and unscrewed the oven unit. I have managed to pull it out about a foot but it won’t come out any further.Could anyone offer any advice? What could be preventing it coming out? Also, assuming I get it out, I’m a bit confused by the whole self-tapping screw business for fitting the element. I’ve not used these before… Shall I see what comes out and get some new screws the same size? Thanks in advance. Please keep answers simple!Caz
