I didn't realise you were looking for an integrated washing machine to replace your Bosch. LG doesn't make integrated machines. If you can convince your wife to go for a freestanding one, I'd recommend an LG. Just check that the cabinet depth is suitable for the new machine.

If you're set on an integrated machine, here's what you need to know. Integrated machines cost a lot more than freestanding ones. I don't think they're worth the extra money. Manufacturers make fewer integrated machines, which drives up the cost.

Modern Bosch washing machines aren't like your old one from 15 to 20 years ago. They now have sealed drums, and you can't replace the bearings. Many components are very expensive. Integrated parts can be pricier than freestanding ones, even if they are the same part, because manufacturers mark up the price for integrated machines.

If you must get another integrated machine, keep it cheap and simple. I suggest Beko machines. They should last 7 to 10 years but no longer. The component prices are reasonable, but the build quality won't match your old machine. No matter which brand you choose, today's build standards aren't as high.
