How to replace a pump on a commercial glass washer / dishwasher

The motor had been leaking water for some time and should have had the pump part changed as the seal had failed but as in a lot of commercial establishment like bars and restaurants it only got looked at when it stopped working. The motor was a Fa600 3551910060 FAGOR 2-102/FA10
So the motor was now tripping the rcd (electrical breaker) and we had to replace the whole motor
