Hi Paul - love your u-tube videos, but struggling to access your on-line shop - contacting you here in the off-chance that you are able to supply a replacement door lock for my Seimens WM14S392GB/08 washing machine - either that or please point me in the right direction to source one. I've included an exploded diagram of your machine below. Also, I've added a link to the door lock you need for your model number Siemens WM14S392GB/08. It's not hard to repair, but make sure you check the wires too.

In the diagram, the door lock is reference number 0211, which matches the genuine Bosch and Siemens part number 00613070. The link to the door lock is below.
