Customer Question

I have a Siemens WM14Q391GB/06 Washing Machine. Noisy, so much you have to stop it. Would you please confirm that the bearings are not replaceable as they do not come up in a search of your spares and another source has advised this. Many thanks.

Hi David, sorry to hear about the problem regarding your Siemens WM14Q391GB/06 Washing Machine.

A noisy spin cycle is usually caused by faulty bearings or a damaged drum spider. Check the exploded diagrams below to see whether the drum can be split.

If it can, replacement bearings may be available from secondary suppliers, even if the manufacturer does not sell them. Use the numbers on the bearings and seal to identify the correct parts.

If the drum is sealed, the complete drum assembly will need replacing, which may not be economically viable due to the high cost of manufacturer parts.

Please contact us if you need further assistance.  you will also find a video on our YouTube channel on Bosch washing machine, showing you how to split some of the drums

All the best,
Paul.
