Hi. The “door seal gasket” on my Samsung WW80H5400EW/SP Washing Machine has cracked. (Model: WW80H5400EW/SP. S/N: 0C585ADH600060K). I visited your website and couldn’t find the replacement part. Please help me. Thank you, Diane (Singapore).

Hi Diane, I'm sorry I can't help much because your machine is from Singapore. If you need a new door seal, you'll have to contact a dealer in your area. I can't provide the part number because your model isn't in the European database. This machine is likely exclusive to Singapore. I'm sorry I can't assist further, but if you use your full model number and contact your local agent, they should be able to supply the door seal or at least give you the genuine part number for this machine.
