Sorry to hear about the issue with your Neff oven. There are several elements in this oven, but there seems to be some confusion about the model number you provided.

There's a link above that will take you to all the parts available for this machine. I've also included exploded diagrams from the manufacturer. These diagrams show a different element from the half-moon shaped one you mentioned. Instead, they show a circular one. This might be because different elements were fitted during production based on the serial number.

Please ensure you're ordering the correct element by using the full model number from the identification plate. I've added the exploded diagrams below to help you, and there are also some videos on how to replace the element.
