Hello, how do I get to the back of my integrated dishwasher in order to replace a broken spring/string? The door keeps crashing down when we open it as it's not controlled. thanks

You will need to pull the dishwasher out and then remove the side panels this will give you access to the spring and also the cables that attach to the door.Please watch the video tutorials below to help you with your repair.
