Neff B1561W0GB/04 Cooker Oven Broken Timer/Clock

August 05, 2024
Customer Question

My Neff B1561W0GB/04 cooker oven is an old oven but a good one. I can use it in manual mode only as the timer/clock module has died. In your opinion is there a cost effective replacement from anyone/any where available. Neff's offer of over £150 is no where near acceptable. Thanks.

I will try and help with this problem about Neff B1561W0GB/04 Cooker Oven,

Good morning, Norman. Sorry for the late reply.

I can only help by pointing you in the right direction. Finding a timer at a lower price is tough unless someone is clearing out old stock. Check Amazon, eBay, and other shopping sites to see if any engineers are selling off stock.

The easiest way to find a timer for your cooker is by using the genuine part number listed below. Match the part reference number in the diagram to the genuine part number at the bottom of the page. Then, search these sites for the timer.

Alternatively, use your model number to see if anyone is discarding an old cooker due to another electrical problem, not with the timer. You might get a cheap cooker to swap out the timer into yours.

I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance. Bosch, Neff, and Siemens have expensive components, which can lead to built-in obsolescence. They hope you'll buy a new cooker instead. Your cooker is well-made and worth repairing if you can find the component.
