Listo LF812-L3b Washing Machine Leaking All Over the Floor
Hello, first of all thank you for providing this service that's really nice. I came across your youtube channel and unfortunately did not find any video related to the brand Listo which might be because it's french only. My issue is that when my LISTO LF812-L3b Washing Machine start its rince cycle, it leaks all over the floor. I've never worked on a washing machine but i'm open to try to fix it, I've done the following troubleshooting: Ran an empty cycle, clean water comes in the machine, dirty water does not come out of the flexible pipe, no matter its position so I assume it leaks from the machine before reaching the exhaust pipe? I'm planning on opening it and running a cycle to see where does the leak comes from, but if you have any idea that could guide me in the right way it would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Dylan, If your Listo LF812-L3b washing machine is leaking water across the floor, the issue almost certainly lies with one of the inlet or outlet hoses rather than the drum itself—especially if your machine is relatively new.
Check the Inlet Hoses First
Start by inspecting the soap door hose. This is the hose that runs from behind the soap dispenser drawer into the drum, delivering water during the wash cycle. Look for visible cracks, splits, or pinhole leaks along its entire length. If the hose appears intact, check that it is firmly connected at both ends. A loose connection at the drum inlet is a common culprit.
Next, examine the sump hose at the base of the machine. This hose carries water from the drum down to the pump. Even small holes or weak spots in this hose will cause water to pool beneath the machine during operation.
Inspect the Waste Hose
Follow the waste hose that runs from the pump to your drainage point (sink, standpipe, or waste outlet). Check for cracks, kinks, or loose connections. Water escaping here will appear to come from under the machine.
Check the Door Seal
While less likely to cause widespread leaking, inspect the door seal (gasket) around the drum opening. Look for visible damage, mould, or debris trapped in the rubber. A compromised seal may allow water to escape during the spin cycle.
