Indesit EDCE85BTM My tumble dryer take so long to dry towels

My condenser tumble dryer seems to be taking ages to dry the clothes the filter in the door is clean but I do not know why is it taking so long there does seem to be some heat in the drum but it can take up to 3 hours to do a full load of clothes.

I will try and help with your Indesit EDCE85BTM Condenser tumble dryer problem

 

 these condenser dryers evaporate the water and then collect the water in the pump tray at the back of the machine this is then transferred to the deposit at the top.  If the condenser is not functioning correctly this may be a problem or the dryer is not running at full Heat this could be a problem with the heating element you need to make sure all the ducting tubes are completely clear and there's no obstruction around the fan blade then using the videos I've added below test the heater on the thermostat
