Indesit BDE 86436X B UK N Washer Dryer Drying Not Good As It Used to Be
Hi Highly appreciate if you could kindly read below and watch the video I have sent and advise me what to do. Bought this Indesit BDE 86436X B UK N washer dryer in November 2022. Recently the drying started being not good as it used to be. I cleaned the drain pump and hoses and other hoses underneath and behind the machine and have a doubt whether I put it together correctly. I show this on my video below. I called a local guy who came and clean the white plastic tub connected to the input side of the top fan chamber which had a lot of lint. He said it would solve it but the problem remained the same. Every now and then I get the F13 error. So I bought a thermocouple sensor and replace like shown on some YouTube videos but had no luck. Clothes are getting hot but the water doesn’t seem to evaporate away fully even after cleaning the that white plastic chamber connected to the hot fan chamber input side. Although I searched everywhere I couldn’t find any videos related to that second drain pump looking thing underneath the machine. I would highly appreciate if you could guide me on how to get this fixed. Thanks Tharindu

Thank you for the information and the video regarding your Indesit BDE 86436X B UK N Washer Dryer.
In a washer dryer, the drum turns both ways while hot air is blown over the clothes. This evaporates water from the clothing . The damp air then passes through the condenser at the back of the machine, which you cleaned.
I do not have the workshop manual, so I cannot confirm where the condenser gets its cold water. Cold water is needed in the condensing process to collect the moisture before the main pump removes it.
It is disappointing when manufacturers do not provide technical information, as this makes repairs harder. I cannot give more detail without seeing the machine.
In the third diagram, look at pipes 26, 16 and 25. One pipe may come from a water valve and send a small flow of water into the condensing unit.
Please check that water is flowing through this pipe, as it helps create the condensing process. my problem, I do not have the machine in front of me, so I cannot be exact with my answer to work out the actual condensing process
The extra pump may be part of the condensing system rather than a normal recirculation pump. Please call us once you receive the email link.
