This might be a problem with the heating system, you need to check the two thermostats on the back of the heater and then also check the forward thermostat or ntc senor if these are all okay then there's a good chance that you may have a fault with the heat itself you will need to do a continuity check on the heater, remembering that there are two sides to the heater a high and low I'm sorry the manufacturers do not have an exploded diagram of the heating area but you will find all the parts for this machine listed in the list below. there are also some videos to help you
