Hotpoint TCUD97B tumble dryer scraping noise

I have a hotpoint TCUD 97B tumble dryer. It is starting to make a strange noise. (scraping or whirring) I would not say it is knocking so don't think it it the bearing but it does not seem like it is spinning properly. Any ideas?

I think you you will find that there is a problem with the back bearing, please check this and come back to me if you still have a problem.
