Hotpoint RSG 964 J UK Washing Machine Shows F05 Error Fault Code
Hotpoint RSG 964 J UK Washing Machine shows F05 fault and not able to drain any water after a full wash. I followed your video and the impeller, filter and sump hose were all clear. When I put it on the ‘spin + pump out’ setting the impeller didn’t move (although moves freely when turned by hand) so could this be the motor for the impeller is not working?

To test, use a multimeter to check the voltage at the pump motor while it's spinning. If there is no voltage, it could be the wiring or circuit board. If there is voltage but the pump isn't working, then the motor might be faulty and need replacing.
