Hotpoint NTS M11 82SK UK Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Not Drying
I have a Hotpoint NTS M11 82SK UK Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. Condenser is clean. Compressor is running. Fan for compressor not running. Pump for container working. As far as I can see ntc all working. Time goes down 3 minutes then back up 3 minutes.

If the compressor is running, the next step is to check whether the refrigerant system is operating correctly. Measure the temperatures of the evaporator and condenser: one should become cold and the other warm. Also inspect both units for blocked fins, as restricted airflow can prevent proper heating.
