Hotpoint Dishwasher FDM 550P.R Flashing lights
My Hotpoint FDM 550 P .R (Serial No.36563960000) dishwasher has a fault. It seems to only happen on the Normal programme, not on the Fast or Intensive programmes.The fault is that the Salt, Rinse aid and start pause lights flash rapidly. (no other lights flash)We only find this fault when we go to unload the dishwasher a couple of hours after starting the programme so it may well have started flashing in the middle of the programme.The machine seems to wash OK and when we open the door the interior is nice and warm so drying is OK too.I have checked to make sure hoses are not trapped or kinked.Thanks

This can either be the anti-flood device or it is a possibility that you may have a fault with the heating system. but as you say it's warm at the end I don't think it will be this The first thing to do is check for leaks underneath the machine. between the bottom and the stainless if you tilt the machine backward you will see an access plate
