Hotpoint Condenser Tumble Dryer TCFS93BGP Water reservoir not collecting water
Hi Paul - my tumble drier is taking ages to dry but it has stopped collecting water in reservoir - it is bond dry. The condenser is wet so something is wrong. The condenser is cleaned regularly. Any advice - I will definitely buy you a pint if you can help. Thanks Lorraine

You may have a problem with the condenser pump as you can see in the diagram below 634 if the machine is not getting hot then you may have a problem with the heating circuit but from what you were saying there was a lot of water around the condenser itself this is a good indication that it heating
