Hotpoint AQC9BF7E1 Tumble dryer The drum rotates intermittently during the cycle

My tumble dryer drum sometimes it turning correctly and sometimes all the clothes are wet in the bottom of the drum I've taken the lid off and had a look and I can see that the drum is turning when there is no clothes in, the drum but when I put a load in nothing happens

I will try and help with your Hotpoint AQC9BF7E1 condenser Tumble Dryer problem

 this could be a problem with the belt you're tumble dryer Belt maybe slipping On the motor shaft with too much weight, this might be a problem with the belt or it could be a problem with the jockey wheel or possibly a spring has come off, which tensions the jockey wheel,  the only other thing I can think it could be is the capacitor which does not have enough power to turn the drum
