I will try and help with this problem Hoover Tumble Dryer 31100872 - DX C9DG-80

good morning this may be a problem with the pump unit as the machine thinks the water container is full, sometimes it can be a fault with the heating system, i doubt very much that it is a problem with the door lock itself. I have put an exploded diagram below to show you the layout of the machine and all the parts of available all listed at the bottom
