GRAM 12KPI-630-42 Cooker Oven Not Heating & Non of the Elements Are Working
Recently purchased a home. The GRAM 12KPI-630-42 cooker oven has worked before but the previous owner told me that the oven has stopped working once before which was fixed under warranty then it failed again at a later stage and she gave up on fixing it after a few attempts, (not by a proper engineer). I have been wondering of this cooker is worth repairing as the estimated value is relatively low and probably not worth the cost of a technician visit or costly part replacement. I performed some basic tests and none of the oven elements are heating up. I can't remember to have seen the thermostat light when turning the diel to e.g. 200C My next step is to measure the thermostat and check the cutoff switch. Any other guidance or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is your hob working? You've mentioned the oven isn't heating, but it's worth confirming whether the hob elements are functioning. If only the oven has failed, the issue is likely isolated to the oven circuit rather than a total power loss.
Check the timer setting. One of the most common reasons an oven won't heat is an automatic timer that's preventing power from reaching the heating elements. Inspect the oven selector switch. The selector switch (which chooses between different oven functions) can become damaged or burnt out over time, cutting power to the elements even when the controls appear to respond.
