I will try and help with this problem about Electrolux EDI97170W Tumble Dryer, as you will see from the picture, there are over 40 variations of this machine so I have based all the answer on the model number below

Hi Stanislaw, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Electrolux EDI97170W tumble dryer. If the machine turns on but the motor doesn't work and there's no voltage reaching the motor despite the belt, motor, and capacitor being in good condition, the problem likely lies elsewhere in the electrical system.

However, it is very hard for me to say what the problem is when you have stripped the machine down and put it back together if it was working before, then I suggest you may not have connected one of the wires correctly or it is possible that you may have connected a plug to the circuit board up to a wrong one. Additionally, there could be a problem with the control board itself or the door switch. If the switch is faulty, it could prevent the motor from receiving power even if the rest of the dryer appears to be working.
