Hi. I decided to write to you as a final attempt to resolve my washer dryer issue, based on your very nice and informative youtube videos. What happens is that after switching the machine on, after about 2 seconds it locks, the screen displays reduced options, and the digital dial refuses to turn producing a beep. No icon is displayed on the screen. Within this 2sec window it gives me, I pressed the lowest symbol on the left of the screen (a snowflake) for 5 seconds, and the screen displayed the code E:12-00. After many attempts and resets (unplugging and pressing the on button for about 10seconds), it magically worked once (complete wash cycle) but then all the same. Thank you for your time!
