Firstly, my apologies for the late reply. I'm catching up after a long trip. The E15 error code on Candy condenser tumble dryers usually means there's a fault with the heating circuit. There are four main issues to check: the heater relay on the circuit board (rare), the cutout thermostat, the cycling thermostat on top of the heater at the back of the machine, a faulty NTC sensor, bad wiring, or a faulty element.

Here’s what to look for:

1. Check the wiring diagram and locate the heater. You'll see two thermostats on top of it. One is a thermal fuse that blows and stays open circuit when it becomes faulty due to overheating.
2. The other is a cycling thermostat, which should have continuity when cold.
3. There are also a couple of NTC sensors on the machine; one might be faulty.
4. There’s a high amperage relay on the circuit board that can go faulty, though this is uncommon.

I've added several videos below along with an exploded diagram listing all parts at the bottom of the page. Note that in some models, the thermostats on top of the heaters are sold only with the entire heater system.

I hope this helps you diagnose the problem. The videos will show you how to test the heater and thermostats and how to service the whole condenser dryer. Make sure to clean everything and vacuum out all dust from the bottom of the machine, and clean the evaporator condensing plate thoroughly.
