candy tumble dryer error codes normally have a sequence of flashing lights Or a display in the panel. this would show you the error code or fault code, this only point you in a Direction they do not actually tell you the component this is faulty you have to try to work this out but from what you're describing with no heat I suggest you may have a fault with either the tumble dryer thermostats usually one on the front and 2 on the heater or you may have a problem with the heater itself and sometimes on occasions it may be the relay on the circuit board.
