Hi Richard,

Thanks for asking about the bearings on your Bosch WFX3267GB/10 washing machine.

I've included some diagrams to help with your machine. If the bearings need replacing and the spider isn't damaged, you can get new bearings from a supplier, which will save you money. The seal usually has ID numbers on it, and you might find a replacement elsewhere too.

The manufacturer offers a bearing kit for this machine. Use the full model number when getting the bearings and seal. First, take the machine apart to check if there's damage to the spider.

Look on eBay or Facebook Marketplace for machines with electrical problems, as their drum and bearings might still be good. You could find one for around £20.

I made a highly detailed video a few years ago explaining this exact process from start to finish, and I've included it (along with a couple of others) below. I cannot stress enough how important it is to watch the videos fully before you start. Taking a washing machine apart to this level involves completely removing the front fascia, disconnecting the heater, motor, and suspension legs, and keeping track of hidden Torx screws. The videos will give you the exact visual breakdown of how to knock out the bearings safely, how to assemble and use the pulling tool, and how to successfully seal the drum so it doesn't leak all over your floor.

Good luck with your repair! I've also linked to the bearing puller kit that I use below.
