Firstly, you haven’t given me the full model number from the identification plate of your Bosch washing machine. You’ll need this to get parts. I’ve included a link below to all the variations of this machine to help you.

My issue is that I don’t get technical support from Bosch, Neff, or Siemens because they only provide it to their own engineers. This is a prime example of manufacturers not giving the necessary service information to the public or private individuals like myself. They make it very hard for you to repair machines these days because the information isn’t available, unlike with other manufacturers.

I’ve only made one video on this type of machine, showing how to clear error codes. However, you didn’t mention why you need to go into diagnostic mode or what the problem with your machine is. If you can explain the issue or tell me the error code displayed, I can help much better.
