Greetings PaulVery helpful videos on your YouTube channel !Could you tell me where i can find the codes for :Bosch 500 series WAT28401UC/12 washing machineThe only code I know is the child lock.I am looking for the codes to reset the electronics / sensors. ( aside from turning off the breaker which doesn't do anything really )I've seen you doing a reset technique with another model .... but it doesn't seem to work on my machine.I have no error messages. But the machine keeps telling me the door isn't closed (even if it is.)Thank you so much for your time. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Bosch 500 series washing machine. Bosch can sometimes be poor at providing the technical information needed for test procedures or diagnostic mode. Unfortunately, I don't have this information for your model.

However, if your machine keeps indicating that the door needs to be closed, it might be an error with the door interlock. This is a common fault in these machines. The door interlock is easy to replace, and I've included a video below to help you understand how it works. I've also attached exploded diagrams of your machine so you can see the components. Part 0211 in the diagram is the door interlock.

Use your model number in the link provided above to find the door interlock for your machine. These parts are usually in stock and take only a few days to arrive.

The door lock is one of the most common parts to fail on these machines. I hope this helps you. I'm sorry I can't assist more at the moment as I'm away at a trade show in Berlin, called the IFA International Trade Appliance Fair. It's the largest in Europe.
