I will try and help with this problem about Bosch WAS32791ME/23 Washing Machine,

Hi, thanks for your question. On older Bosch washing machines, this issue can occur if the machine has been overloaded or the drum damaged. It doesn't always mean the spider is broken or the bearings are faulty. Sometimes, misloading or imbalanced loads can warp the drum due to the machine's age. This causes the drum to go out of alignment. If you rotate the drum by hand and check the gap between the door seal and inner drum, you'll notice it rubbing on the door seal. This is a major failure, and you'll need to replace the drum.

Some people try using a piece of wood to tap the drum back into shape, but this rarely works. I recommend finding a replacement drum for your washing machine. I've included exploded diagrams of all components for your machine below. You can use these diagrams to find reference numbers and look up parts at the bottom of the page.

Buying new components can be expensive. It might be worth checking eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or other local shopping channels for a second-hand machine of the same model with an electrical fault. You could then remove the drum from that machine and install it in yours. Although it's a lot of work, it's often the only solution to this problem. This issue is common in Bosch, Schneff, and Siemens washing machines, especially when they are about 10 years old.
