I found an exploded view of the machine, and it looks like it has a sealed drum. If the drum is sealed, you can't split it to replace the spider. You would need to replace the whole drum assembly. This is a downside of new Bosch washing machines, as they are designed with built-in obsolescence.

It's frustrating that manufacturers still make machines with sealed drums, preventing people from repairing them by replacing parts like bearings, seals, or spiders. This seems to be your problem.
