Bosch WAE24368GB Washing Machine Spin Cycle Very Slow

Bosch WAE24368GB Washing Machine goes through full cycle to finish, but it is spinning very slow and washing still very wet.I have remove the drain which is clear. Could it be the control panel and have you got one. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.John

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Bosch washing machine. You mentioned it completes the cycle but doesn't spin the clothes. I've got some diagrams of your machine, and it looks like it has a motor with carbon brushes.

First, remove the motor and check the carbon brushes. Next, inspect all the waste fittings. There's a hose from the bottom of the drum to the pump called a sump hose. Remove, clean, inspect, and replace it if needed. Also, make sure there are no small items around the pump impeller and that the filter is clean.

Ensure the waste hose is clear so the machine can empty water properly during the rinse cycle. Given the machine's age, I suspect the carbon brushes are worn out, causing it not to spin at high speed. Don't use the machine until you've checked these brushes, as you might damage the armature.

I've attached some videos to help you and included a link for any spare parts you might need. There are 12 variations of this machine, so you'll need the last two numbers after 'GB' on your model number to identify yours.
