Bosch WAB28061GB/03 Washing Machine Heating Element Needs to be Replaced
Hi Paul, I watched your live show yesterday about the Bosch WAB28061GB/03 washer. It was brilliant and I learnt a lot about how to strip a washing machine so thanks a lot for that. Luckily, I've got the exact same machine and I was wondering if you could share the part numbers for the components you dismantled. I'm only replacing the heating element but it would be great to have all the part numbers on hand just in case. Thanks again you are a true hero!

Hi Ryan, sorry about the problem regarding your Bosch WAB28061GB/03 Washing Machine.
Thanks for watching the live show, and I'm really glad to hear that you found it brilliant and learned a lot about stripping down your washing machine!
It's good to hear that you're fixing the heating element on your Bosch WAB28061GB/03. If you are replacing the heating element, I have included a video below that walks you through this exact repair. I strongly suggest you watch the video fully before you start. It will show you exactly how to safely remove the front panel and door seal, how to loosen the 10mm nut to extract the old element without damaging the plastic tub, and how to safely transfer your NTC thermostat over to the new heater with a little drop of washing-up liquid.
Just below the video, you can find all the components and their part numbers. If you scroll down a bit further, you'll also see the related PDF documents showing the exploded diagrams.
All the best, Paul
