Bosch SGS45C12GB/16 Dishwasher Check Water Light On
I have a Bosch SGS45C12GB/16 dishwasher. Inlet and outlet both clear, it's not the pump or the microswitch on the polystyrene float. After watching one of your videos I think it is the flow meter. Could you supply me with one. Regards, Derek.
I will try and help with this problem about Bosch SGS45C12/16 Dishwasher,
Hi Derek,
You didn't explain the fault clearly to me. You only asked for a link to supply the flow meter. I've added a link above and at the bottom of the page.
The flow meter might be built into the circuit on the flow matrix, which is on the side of the machine. You can see this in diagram 0425 below. This wheel spins as the machine fills and measures how much water goes in. If it doesn't work properly, the machine will go into a timeout sequence, start emptying, and then stop.
It would be helpful if you could send me a video showing what is happening, especially the water going into the flow matrix. This way, I can diagnose the problem correctly for you. Without more information, it's hard for me to say which component is faulty or give a detailed diagnosis.
I'm sorry to be vague, but without correct information, it's difficult to help. Feel free to use the contact us page if you need more information.
I've added exploded diagrams of your machine and a full list of spare parts at the bottom of the page. These links are clickable. There are also a couple of useful videos attached to this article to assist you with any repairs.
Good luck with your repair.
All the best,
Paul
