Beko WTL92151W Washing Machine Not Draining
I hope you can help me with an issue I'm having. It’s a Beko WTL92151W washing machine and it’s about three years old. Lately, I've noticed that it won't drain properly at the end of the wash cycle. The clothes are coming out soaking wet, and there's a pool of water at the bottom of the drum. I've tried running the spin cycle again, but it doesn't seem to help.I've checked the drain hose for any kinks or blockages, and everything seems fine. I also cleaned out the lint filter, but the problem persists. I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this. Could there be something wrong with the pump or another part of the machine?Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I will try and help with this problem about Beko WTL92151W Washing Machine,
Good morning, Fredo.
Sorry to hear about the issue with your machine. This is a common problem. First, set up the washing machine so the waste pipe goes into a bucket when testing. This way, you can see any water coming out. Sometimes, water only trickles out and doesn't empty within the allocated time, causing the machine to finish early.
Make sure the pump filter is clear as you mentioned. Use a screwdriver to ensure the impeller turns freely. Small items like elastic bands or clothing can stop the motor from turning.
Next, check the sump hose, which attaches to the pump from the bottom of the drum. Remove it and look for small items like baby socks or handkerchiefs that might be lodged inside. There might be an anti-siphon ball in the hose; this is normal and keeps detergent in the drum.
Also, use a torch to check inside the drum for items wrapped around the heater that could block water flow to the sump hose. If everything checks out, you might have a problem with the pump or something lodged in the drain pipe leading from the pump to the back of the machine. You can test this by blowing through it.
You can test the pump on a workbench if it's a 240-volt pump, as shown in my video. I've included an exploded diagram of your machine with all components listed. Use these numbers to find genuine part numbers. If we have parts in stock, they will be listed at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, use your model or part number in our European distributor link to get parts within 24 to 48 hours.
There is also a workshop manual and wiring diagram for your machine available to assist you. If you need further help, feel free to contact us anytime. I've included extra videos on Beco machines to help you diagnose problems.
I hope this helps!
If your washing machine is connected to the sink fitting under your sink, check for blockages there too. Sometimes the machine works fine but can't pump water into the drainage system. Over time, fat and food debris can clog these fittings. So, even if you're testing the machine, it's worth checking these as well.

This is a very good video for you to watch. It is on a different make of machine, but the principles are exactly the same.
