Beko WTK74011A Washing Machine Not Spinning at All

After I press the start button, Beko WTK74011A washing machine starts to fill with water and after few minutes starts to empty it without any spin .I’ve emptied from that small door , no leftover found . I don’t know what to do . Can you please help me with some advice? Thank you in advance .
