Beko WTK72041B Washing Machine Not Draining, Rinsing & Spining

I have a Beko WTK72041B Washing Machine. When I load up the machine, it runs for longer time than normal, and without spinning, rinsing nor drain the water in the drum, when the cycle finishes. I tried to cleanup the filter unsuccessfully, it then broke when i tried to force turn it. Your professionalism is urgently needed sir/ma.

Hi Reni sorry to hear about your problem with Beko WTK72041B washer. I would say there’s a pile of coins stuck inside the filter which is why you can’t remove it.

If the filter is broken you will need to replace it. Even if you remove the blockage the machine won’t drain properly if the filter housing is damaged. Fortunately, it’s a cheap part. I did have a secondhand one at some point and it’s already gone so I'm sorry. However, I've added a link at the top of the page that will take you to our supplier's page. There are a few different variants so be sure to check your model and serial number to ensure you get the correct one for your machine.
