Beko WTK72011W Washing Machine Shaking Excessively
Hi there and your team, I have a quick question, which is annoying for me. Couple years ago, I bought a Beko WTK72011W washing machine, it was a good deal for me at that moment. Nowadays, I’m facing a vibration issue. My washer is shaking excessively, to be honest. Checked the leveling of the legs and they are at the same level. After looking at the internet, started to suspect the shock absorbers but of course not sure about it. I will need your help to solve this tedious task. Thanks a lot!
I will try and help with this problem about Beko WTK72011W Washing Machine,
Hi Thomas, good morning.
Sorry to hear about the problem with your washing machine. If the load is imbalanced, it can cause vibration. This might happen if the machine isn't emptying water in time. Check the sump hose, pump, and ensure water is leaving the machine promptly.
Next, inspect the drum. Make sure it's not warped and that there's no issue with the spider on the drum. You can usually see this visibly. Drum problems often make a lot of noise during a spin.
If the suspension legs are worn, this could also be causing the problem. Replacing them isn't too hard. Disconnect the machine from the water and electrical supply. Lean it on one side to replace one leg, then rotate it to do the other side.
I haven't made a detailed video on replacing suspension legs yet, but I have one on dismantling a Beko washing machine. It shows how the legs are fitted and how pins are held in place. Watch this video for a full insight into accessing suspension legs, the pump, sump hose, and other components.
I've included an exploded diagram and workshop manual in this article to help you. There's also a wiring diagram for any future electrical issues. At the bottom of the page, you'll find exploded diagrams of your machine. The suspension legs are either part number 1490 or 1646; pins are separate but reusable.
Once you have those part numbers, match them with the reference number at the bottom of the page to find all components for your machine. I hope this helps you.
