Beko WM74145W Washing Machine Not Spinning

I've put my Beko WM74145W washing machine in diagnostic mode. It spins clockwise and anti clockwise. Wont spin for the fast spin test. When I select any wash cycle, it doesn't count down the time. Say a quick wash stays at 13 minutes for ever. All other tests are fine. Water in and out. Also drains. The brushes have about 2" left on the motor. Please advise. Thanks

Hi Jomo, thanks a lot for your question. It's always tricky to diagnose problems without seeing the machine. If the carbon brushes are fine and it rotates both clockwise and anti-clockwise, it usually points to an issue with the circuit board rather than the motor. However, you would need to follow the test procedure to be sure.

I've done some research for you and found the full workshop manual, exploded views of the machine, and the wiring diagram. These include all the test procedures for entering service mode and running diagnostics. I hope this helps.
