Beko WM5100W Washing Machine Has Power & Lights But Won’t Start Washing

Hi I have a Beko WM5100W Washing Machine. It has power and lights but won't start washing. The wash light did light, but the cycle didn't start. And then when I didn't the cancellation process (hold start for 3 seconds), the End light lit, but the cycle hasn't ended. Can you please give me any ideas for how to diagnose what the fault is, so I can replace the relevant components?
