Sorry to hear about the problem with your Beko WM5100 series. This washing machine is an early model and was very good. Here’s what you should do:

First, check the sump hose for any debris or small items of clothing. Also, inspect the pump to ensure the impeller turns freely and nothing is wrapped around it. Make sure you've checked the filter on the pump too.

the waste hose, If it's connected to a sink fitting, ensure there's no restriction in the water going out of the machine. This can cause errors.

Next, if everything is clear, look at the motor carbon brushes. Sometimes, a high resistance reading might cause the programme to skip the spin cycle, so it's worth inspecting this. Also, make sure the machine fills to the correct water level during the wash cycle.

If all these things are fine, you might have a bad connection somewhere or a fault with the printed circuit board.

I've got you the workshop manual for this machine. Beko provides excellent data. The manual shows how to access and test every component of the machine. It's worth reading through it. I've also added videos below to help with any Beko washing machine repairs you might need to do.

If it's a program failure, you can get replacements quite cheaply second-hand. Use your model number and search on marketplaces like Facebook and eBay. Many people sell parts from this model because it might be uneconomical for them to repair their machine due to issues like worn bearings. So, there are usually plenty of components available.
