Beko KDV555AS Electric Cooker Top Burners Not Working

Hi, I’m using a Beko KDV555AS electric cooker, and suddenly none of the top burners are working. The oven is still fine, but the burners won’t heat up at all. What could be the issue here, and is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this before calling for repairs

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Beko KDV5555AS electric oven. It's quite rare for all the burners on top not to work. The problem might be with the power going to the selector switches or thermostats. You'll need someone skilled with electrics to test this.

I've got the full wiring diagram for your oven. Anyone familiar with electrics can check if the correct power is going to the thermostats for the hot plates. If there’s no power, that's likely why none of them are working.

You’ll need to run some tests. I’m also attaching the full workshop manual for your cooker, which has lots of useful information for repairs. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find exploded diagrams of every component on the machine. These have reference numbers so you can match them to any part you need.
