Sorry to hear about the problem with your tumble dryer. If you have a lot of condensation building up around the back, it usually means either the machine is in a very cold environment or there’s a restriction in the airflow. Since it's in your kitchen, it’s likely an airflow issue. The machine might be heating but not condensing all the water, causing water residue to build up.

I suggest doing a full service on the machine. Strip it down and clean all the ducting system, ensuring the condenser box is clean too. You need to check the whole machine because small pipes can block up occasionally.
