Beko DPU8360 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Not Heating
I have a Beko DPU8360 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer and taken the top, back and side off. There is no visible heater as in other models. Do I need to take the drum out and then disassemble the big white boxes below that? (Previously I replaced the capacitor but I can't find any workshop manual nor useful youtube vid for this)
I will try and help with this problem about Beko DPU8360 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer,

Hi Desmond,
You are correct; a heat pump tumble dryer does not have a heater. It uses a refrigeration process to remove moisture from the air inside the machine. Below, I have added a video that explains how these dryers work and how to test them.
If the clothes in the drum are not heating, it usually means there is an issue with either the compressor or low gas in the machine. This prevents it from creating a heating or condensing cycle. Please watch the video for a detailed explanation.
At the bottom of the page, I have provided additional information, including the workshop manual, wiring diagrams, and other technical details. These resources will show you how to test the machine properly.
Good luck with your repair! There is also a link at the top of the page for any spare parts you might need for this machine.
