Beko DCX83100W Tumble Dryer Water & Filter Light On
Hi,Hope you are well? I need some help with my Beko DCX83100W Tumble Dryer. I have watched your video and some other videos from YouTube. I had a problem last week that my dryer was turning off every few minutes when I was using it. Completely shut no power, no display nothing but it wasn’t triggering the main breaker of the house. I have cleaned and washed all the filters but now every 5-10 mins it keeps turning off and shows the tank full and filter light on. There is no water in the water tank or bottom tank. Completely bone dry. I have replaced the pump but the problem is still the same. I have manually try and push the button to turn the pump on and push the water from bottom to the tank but the pump’s fan is not working at all. I have opened the old pump and it has no rubbish or lint at all inside. Italy was fairly clean. Please can you advice what could be the problem and what can I do. Before this problem it was working perfectly fine. Never had any problem with it. When previously it was used to do this turning off the dryer we use to wash both filters from the door and the big filter underneath and it was use to be ok. I hope you will reply as soon as possible. Thanks
I will try and help with this problem about Beko DCX83100W Tumble Dryer,
Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the problem with your Beko tumble dryer. I've found the workshop manual and wiring diagrams for this machine, which should help a lot.
One possible issue could be the pump float indicator. This makes the machine think that the bowl near the pump unit is full of water. If that's true, the machine will automatically turn on a light and stop working to prevent flooding.
Without seeing the machine, it's hard to say exactly what's wrong. However, you should check if the level indicator is working correctly. The workshop manual will guide you on how it works and what to check.
This is all the information I could find for you. There are also some videos related to these dryers below.
