Beko BXIF35300X Oven Fan Not Working
Hi I need help with my Beko bxif35300x oven. I bought it a couple years ago from Currys online store. I don't know why but the fan motor has suddenly stopped working and when I put my hand in the oven I can't feel any air movement inside the oven.Checked the settings and everything seems to be fine. I also made sure that the fan mode is selected but the fan just doesn’t start. What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it? Could you help me solve the problem and find the parts I need?
I will try and help with this problem about Beko BXIF35300X Oven,
Hi Cole, sorry to hear about the problem you have with your Beko BXIF35300X Oven.
I've included exploded diagrams, user manual, and related videos on fan oven element faults with Beko BXIF35300X ovens below that might help you.
From what I understand, you didn't mention if there was any heat. If the fan motor isn't working but the oven is still heating, food might burn at the back and not cook well at the front. This could be due to a bent fan guard stopping the propeller or a burnt-out fan motor.
First, check the fan guard and make sure the blade can rotate easily. If it does, you’ll need to do some electrical checks. Remove the cooker from its position and take off the back panel. There’s a manual and some helpful videos attached to guide you.
Once you access the motor, you can perform electrical tests. If you're comfortable with electrics, reconnect the cooker and turn on the fan oven setting. Check for 240 volts at the motor terminals. If there’s voltage but no movement, the motor windings might be weak or open circuit. To be able to test you will need a multimeter so if you don't have one, you can buy a new multimeter via our affiliate link.
There’s a link to your model number for a full list of parts. The most common issue is usually with the fan oven element when it’s not heating, which is different from your problem. If the oven heats but the fan doesn’t rotate, it’s likely the fan motor.
Also, ensure your timer isn’t set on auto, as this could prevent the oven from working properly. The workshop manual and wiring diagram attached will help you understand how power flows through various components.

I hope this helps you repair your cooker. There is also a service manual that explains each fault or error in detail. It covers how to test and access each component.
I made the video below to assist people with modern cookers that can have fan oven problems. It might not be on a Beko, but I will be making one and it will explain the all problems with fan oven elements.
