From what I understand, you didn't mention if there was any heat. If the fan motor isn't working but the oven is still heating, food might burn at the back and not cook well at the front. This could be due to a bent fan guard stopping the propeller or a burnt-out fan motor.

First, check the fan guard and make sure the blade can rotate easily. If it does, you’ll need to do some electrical checks. Remove the cooker from its position and take off the back panel. There’s a manual and some helpful videos attached to guide you.

Once you access the motor, you can perform electrical tests. If you're comfortable with electrics, reconnect the cooker and turn on the fan oven setting. Check for 240 volts at the motor terminals. If there’s voltage but no movement, the motor windings might be weak or open circuit.
