Beko BBXDF21000S Built In Double Oven Has Started to Under Cook Our Favourite Meal
Hi Paul and the team, I need your help guys. We bought this Beko BBXDF21000S oven from AO's online shop around 4 years ago. Just recently when my wife was baking a roast beef (which is our favourite) in the top oven, every attempt came as an under cooked and in general preparing a meal takes a huge time. I saw a similar probem on your page and the guy asked a question seems kind of an expert to me becasue he stated all the necessary information like the thermostat and multimeter readings etc. Unfortunataly I don't have those for you. Please help me mate.

Sorry to hear about the problem with your Beko BBXD F21000S double oven. The top oven is a convection oven, so it doesn't use a fan-assisted motor but has two elements. It uses part of the grill element to heat the oven and a lower element below the base. If either of these elements is faulty, that might be why it's not getting up to temperature.
Other issues could be with the thermostat. Make sure it's correctly positioned at the top. There could also be a problem with the selector switch, but usually, it's the element. I recommend testing the elements with a multimeter. If you don't have one, you can get a new one via our multimeter affiliate link. By using the list of spare parts at the bottom of the page, you can find the genuine part number and determine each element's wattage. Using Ohm's law calculator, you can check if the element is correct. You could also do a basic continuity test.
