AEG T6DBG822N Condenser Tumble Dryer Large Amount of Condensation In Machine
I have an AEG T6DBG822N Condenser Tumble Dryer and it started pausing then switching off. when the door was opened to clean the filter there was an excessive amount of condensation still within the machine and the drum also filter was wet the cloths were hot but not dry. I recently changed the drive belt (many thanks for the video) and did a full clean during the process. Do you have any ideas for a repair? many thanks
Hi Richard,
Thanks for your question regarding the AEG T6DBG822N Condenser Tumble Dryer. If there is lots of moisture in the drum and the machine switches off, there may be a problem with the condenser or the water pump system.
Check that the airflow is clear and that the condenser is clean. A dirty condenser cannot turn warm, damp air back into water properly. The water should then flow to the pump area and into the collection container.
Please also clean the moisture sensors inside the drum.
I have added some videos below to help. I will also email you my contact details. I tried to call, but it went straight to voicemail.
Please contact me after you receive the email so I can get more information and help further.
All the best,
Paul.
